ABOUT THE KUBRICK
A Rare Flower in The City
The Kubrick is built on the belief that progress doesn’t announce itself. It arrives quietly, fully formed. Recognised by those already moving in that direction.

Every great building begins with a vision. Hear Ockham Co-Founder Mark Todd share the vision behind The Kubrick — a legacy project and a labour of love.
The Developer, Architect and Builder
We have a track record of building homes well-loved by those who live in them. We’ve completed 21 projects to date, 1294 homes across Tāmaki Makaurau, and won awards and plaudits along the way. Herewith sixteen of our buildings from the back catalogue: we encourage you to whizz around town on a sunny Sunday afternoon and check them out for yourself.
